Truffelhunt
You can search for truffles all year round. The truffle quality varies depending on the season. In mid-October, on the other hand, the hunt for the "white gold" starts. Do you want to immerse yourself in the forest and discover its rich treasures.
Take part in this "once in a lifetime" truffle hunting experience, and discover nature with all your senses. Discover the bond between dog and owner and go on a truffle hunt with "Trifolao" Giovanni and his dog. I would be happy to make an appointment for you.

Francesca has a farm that grows products naturally and Francesca also processes her products herself. They are processed in such a way that they can retain all their nutritional properties. Francesca grows wheat, aromatic herbs, vegetables, seeds to extract vegetable oils. She also practices steam distillation of aromatic herbs.

On the Baracchi farm, located in the rolling hills of Valdichiana, wine has been produced for 5 generations, since 1860.
In collaboration with the oenologist and agronomist Stefano Chioccioli, Benedetto and Silvia Baracchi passionately lead the company, which has always been a symbol of a perfect union between the art of hospitality and the production of excellent wines, a reflection of the Cortona area.
The wine heritage of the Baracchi company extends over an area of 32 hectares distributed in four distinct locations, all located within the Cortona Controlled Designation of Origin (DOC).
Adjacent to the cellar is the Relais Il Falconiere, a Michelin star hotel and restaurant. A timeless location, an enchanted place guardian of the history of a Tuscan family.
At Falconiere the beauty of the vineyards and olive groves becomes the perfect setting for a journey through winemaking traditions and the production of extra virgin olive oil. A fascinating journey that will lead you from lush nature to the discovery of winemaking techniques and the refinement of our wines, culminating in a unique food/wine pairing experience at the starred Il Falconiere restaurant.
