favourite place on earth.
My beautifully restored Palazzo Giannotti, in Umbria, is located north of it's capital Perugia, near Città di Castello. It is an ideal base for visiting tourist sites in Umbria and Tuscany, such as Firenze, Assisi and Arezzo. Rome is a two hour and forty-five minute drive away. Cortona is forty minutes away and will take you "under the Tuscan sun".
The Palazzo has been lovingly restored retaining the history of the 800-year-old building. A contemporary touch has been added with modern facilities for your comfort. It has become a place to experience your most beautiful memories, a place to relax and simply enjoy the exceptional location.
